Code of Conduct Complaints and Decision Notice Councillor Emma Hambly

Code of Conduct Complaint CCN045/13 – Decision Notice.

Two complaints were made to Cornwall Council against Cllr Emma Hambly that on 10th December 2013 she recorded a meeting of the Parish Council by passing a recording device to a member of the public in contravention of Standing Order 71 of St Kew Parish Council.

The Decision found that there was a breach of the Code of Conduct for St Kew Parish Council, and more particularly there has been a failure to treat others with respect.

The Decision Notice is in the public domain and can be viewed on the St Kew Parish Council website at www.stkewparish.org.uk and will be posted on Cornwall Council’s website shortly.

This publication will be posted on Notice Boards and included in the Parish Magazine  “Pieces of Eight”.
